1.If I am the general manager at the local McDonald’s I will give the App my email address and password and then login. The App should be able to collect that email address as well as the location of that restaurant as I build my backend dashboard and database. These restaurants are my marketing partners and have shown interest in partnering with fundraising organizations. Question: Not sure why a map appears on the next screen. I really don’t want the Restaurants Necessarily knowing all of the other events going on around them. If you just wanted to show the one school or three schools The restaurant is doing a ‘fundraiser with that day - then that would be a good map idea. I don’t want the restaurants pilfering my schools database along with Google maps for their own marketing purposes. The purpose of the app is to benefit the school organization and make it easier for 1 person to select a restaurant - not the other way around. I don’t want a restaurant sitting on my platform counting all of the schools and directly start marketing to them cutting other restaurants and myself out. Plus, it deprives the charity of matching funds if they go outside of the app. In the future we will have individual marketing programs reaching out to the restaurants and showing them anonymously the schools and charities around them. That is something I want to control. 2.Will the map and the school icons show the restaurant general manager the date of the school fundraiser.? At this point does this need to be interactive? Should the restaurant manager or owner/worker be able to select or accept to begin receiving Food Orders from family supporters of the charity? Is there an icon showing that they are ready for the fundraiser to begin. Many restaurants have a difficult time due to employees not showing up or simply quitting with zero notice. With many fundraising events happening I think we will need to know that the restaurant is ready the day of the event. 3. Along with verifying that the restaurant is ready for a daylong ordering event in which they might receive 300 food meal orders, each order or receipt needs to be able to let the sender know that their meal order has been received and it is ready to be picked up. Remember, at a restaurant like subway or McDonald’s or wherever, you might have multiple shifts and different employees so I am wondering if our receipt pings when it is received in the someone’s phone or email. I suppose that is a notification within the Device at the restaurant. 4. We have course have a lot of work to do on the meal ingredients itself. It could involve types of breads, or condiments, or anything you might see on that menu if you were actually sitting at that restaurant. 5. We need to have a school codes on the receipt. All the school codes you will see in the database are issued by the government. However there are some private schools that choose not to report any information to the government as they do not receive any federal funding and therefore do not have a code number. If you are ‘Adding Your School’ our system will have to give it some type of number so we can track it on the top of this particular receipt. Also, this particular restaurant might have two or three fundraising events that day and we need to delineate between schools, events, and food ordered by the supporter. 6.We will also need to dig into the price so the restaurant knows that they have committed to, for example, a 20% discount back to the fundraising organization. There are also taxes in there. We can discuss later. 7.I assume the earning tab let’s the restaurant know how many meals and money spent have been ordered through this particular event. At the end of the day there should be a total. Accounts from credit card processing should be complete in five days. 8. In the profile section of the restaurant should be a box for the owners email address. The challenge here is that the owner made on 10 subway restaurants within 1 mile of each other. You might have 10 different general managers who handle this type of thing. I’m wondering if one email boxes for the owner and another email box might be for a general manager at that particular location. Here are my observations on the collected profile information from the restaurant owner. Let’s try and put it on one page is there will be asked the following questions: Dear Restaurant Owner Thank you for partnering with your local schools and other 501c3 local charitable organizations within 5 miles of your location. Below is a link to upload information that local fundraising groups need to know about your Restaurant. When completed we forward your fundraising program information to local organizers for free. This may include all schools as well as most charitable organizations nearby. Please Include the Following: Restaurant Logo Restaurant Street Address Name of Owner/Gm at each Restaurant Location(s) Telephone Number at each Restaurant location Email Contact at Restaurant Location Upload copy of your menu Confirm the following: Discount Rate for verified 501(c)3 Charity over $250 spent at the event(I.e. 10%, 20%, 30%, etc) ____ Discount Rate for large group, noncharity (I.e. corporations 10% off for orders over $350 for example) Do you include free delivery to 1 location, at your cost, to a school or business for a large order that meets event spend minimums. Confirm yes or no. All events are daylong events And all menu orders are placed through our app. After batching payments are usually made to the restaurant and to the charity within five days. Confirm acceptance. When excepting a credit card through the app I am wondering if a supporter will be manually typing in the information or will you be allowing them to take a picture of their credit card. Many websites do that now as we are all fearful of fraud
