			<h2>Sellers/Service Providers’ Policy</h2>
			<p>The Sellers/Service Providers’ are the persons/ entities offering any products/services for sale through Buyonlineclasses.com (“Website/BOC”) and are referred herein as the “Sellers” for the sake of brevity.</p>
			<p>Sellers can register themselves at Buyonlineclasses.com and list their Online/Offline Courses, Notes, Books or any Printed Materials and other products/services with an objective to sell them. The registration on the website of BOC shall be free of cost for the Sellers who can do so either through online or offline mediums.</p>
			<p>Sellers by registering themselves on Buyonlineclasses.com agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions contained herein and the user agreement. BOC reserves the right to deny any persons/entities the permission to register themselves on its website without assigning any reason. BOC charges an after sale commission from the Sellers upon sale of the listed products/services as agreed upon mutually.</p>
			<p>The BOC in good faith and belief, deems that the Sellers own the products/services listed by them on this website and they have full rights to sell these products under their name. BOC also deems that the sellers do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other person(s) with respect to the products listed by them on this website.</p>
			<p>All the listings done on the website are governed by BOC and BOC reserves the right to offload any listing from its website as and when required without giving any prior intimation. Prices of all the products listed on the website are controlled by BOC and BOC reserves the right to offer discounts on them as and when required.</p>
			<p><b>Product Details:</b> All the details required to list a product on this website shall be given to BOC by the Sellers who shall be solely responsible for the correctness of all the product details like prices, images, features and description of the products so listed. Sellers shall be responsible to keep the product information updated on the website and should notify BOC from time to time about all the product updates. Wrong /Stale product details may result in wrong purchases by the customers/clients and losses incurred due to any such occurrence will be borne by the Sellers.</p>
			<p><b>Payment Cycle:</b> All the payments would be done on a monthly basis as per the settlement cycle to the Sellers. They will receive only their share of the payment from BOC net of taxes as applicable from time to time under any law of the land. All the payments will be done either through NEFT or
			Cheque or any other mode as may be mutually agreed upon.</p>
			<p><b>Order Delivery:</b> All the orders will be intimated to the Sellers via email on their registered email address. An email with necessary Customer/client details will be sent to the Sellers immediately after the order placement on the website, notifying them accordingly. All the products/services sold on the website should be dispatched (in case of tangible products) within 48 hours. For intangible products, the delivery of resources shall occur as soon as possible not later than 24 hours from the intimation provided to the sellers. The shipment details (in case of tangible products) shall be provided by the Sellers to BOC as soon as possible but not later than 24 hours of the shipment. All the shipments shall be done by the Sellers at their cost.</p>
			<p><b>Geographical limitations:</b> The Sellers shall intimate BOC the list of the “Pin codes” at which they can get their products delivered (within India). In case no list is handed over to BOC, BOC deems that the seller agrees to deliver throughout the country. If case the seller refuses to deliver at the Pin code agreed previously, BOC reserves the rights to charge a penalty equivalent to the loss incurred (if any) due to this lapse on their part.</p>
			<p><b>Discounts and Offers:</b> BOC from time to time will run offers and provide discounts to the customers of the website in order to attract sales and increase its own presence. Sellers can also offer exclusive discounts from their revenue share as well.</p>
			<p><b>Sellers Notice Period:</b> All the Sellers registered on BOC will have to serve a notice period of 30 days to delist themselves from the website. The delisting request should be sent by email to BOC. During Notice Period, the Sellers have to acknowledge all the orders and confirm the dispatch/delivery of the products. In such cases, BOC reserves its right to stall/hold or temporary stop the payments of the Sellers until such time the sellers fulfil all their obligations. After the successful completion of Notice Period by Sellers, all their products listed on BOC platform will be delisted and the accounts will be settled as per the payment cycle.</p>
			<p><b>Applicable Law:</b> This policy should be read with user agreement and shall be governed by , interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Kolkata.</p>
			<p>BOC reserves all rights to change or amend any of the above mentioned terms with or without prior intimation to any of the Sellers.</p>
